Do you offer copywriting services?
Yes we do! We craft high-converting copy for up to 5 pages of your website in your brand voice. We also ensure that your keywords are integrated into your copy to improve your visibility. You can also download our Website Copywriting Guide to help you.
What happens when I choose a package?
As soon as you select a package, we will get back to you with details and set up a kick-off call with you. Once we get the necessary information, we will begin to work on your website strategy and design. We will be in communication weekly to share updates and get feedback.
When can I expect the website to be completed?
Most sites are completed within 24 hours to 6 weeks of receiving your completed questionnaire. it depends on how quickly we receive all the materials from you. If you need your website sooner, please ask about our “expedited package”.
Note: projects are dependent on receiving all needed information promptly (i.e. images, downloads, questionnaires, logos, social media links, etc.).
Do you recommend domain and hosting providers to your clients?
Yes, we do. We will walk you through the process of purchasing and registering your domain and hosting so everything for your business is in your name. (The cost of your domain and hosting is not included in your website plan, except otherwise stated, but the domain is usually less than $20/year and hosting is less than $15/month.)
When is payment due?
After our initial consultation, if you decide to work with us, 25% – 50% is due to begin your project when the contract is signed. The balance is due on completion. We also have payment plans. You can request that if you please.
Do you offer plans where you make all the changes for me?
Absolutely! We offer a monthly maintenance plan for those business owners who are busy running their business and would rather have someone else maintain and update their website.
Website Redesigns are different from monthly maintenance.
